We care deeply about the health and safety of our customers and want to support all travelers who are using a Pass, or are planning to travel with one of our Passes. We strongly believe that health is more important than mobility.
During this time of uncertainty, we recommend that you follow the advice of your country’s national government and avoid all non-essential travel in Europe right now.
To support our travelers in adjusting their plans, we have expanded our exchange and refund policies and extended our travel validities. Our customer service team is doing their very best to respond to your questions in a timely manner, and we thank you in advance for your patience. Our first priority is ensuring that customers currently traveling with a Pass are safe and supported, so please take this into consideration when you contact our team. We will continue to assess and update our policies regarding our Passes as needed.
